葉雨聲某天從床上醒來，發現自己回到了高中開學的第一天，並保留著活到30歲的記憶。本以為重來一次是為了改變許多前一次人生中的遺憾，不料卻遭遇「陷落地宮事件」而墮入鬼域。在危機四伏的未知世界中，一群十幾歲的孩子，為了活命而踏上東海仙府的修仙之路。與此同時，這場厄難背後的陰謀，將逐漸展開重生之真相的面紗。
逆空是個帶著一點修仙元素的現代都市玄幻故事。它不同於典型玄幻的修仙逆天改命，也不是偏向東方奇幻的神怪異旅。故事中結合了時間穿越和空間融合，甚至夾雜著末日災難的元素。劇情中的各個地點，都是破碎的大台北地區和鬼域地貌結合而成的時空融合場景，對居住在台北，或曾來過台北的讀者而言，閱讀時將更具臨場感。
