There it was, a sole strand of white hair looking back at me. I panicked. I was almost on the verge of tears as I reached for the little bastard. To my elation, it wasn't a strand of white as I thought. Well, it was, but it was kitty's fur, not me getting whites. Such a wave of relief washed over me, I had to sit down.
