Nothing cuts clean like a freshly sharpened knife. Cooking preparations are so much easier. The vegetables go *poof*, the meats offer no resistance, the cutting board gets hacked, fingernails melt like butter! My finger slipped just as the knife came down. There was no resistance, no bounce off my nail, the knife cut it clean. Careful with your sharpened knives! I turned an orange peeling session into a murder scene. I forgot the knife was sharpened and applied too much force when peeling the skin. Twas blood everywhere! Yeah, I don't think I'll cut anything for a while.
