We've all got that one neighbour who looks over their fence or peeps through their windows. They pretend to wet their dead garden if you're having an argument outside. They're the first to spread rumours about things they have no clue about. They're always watching for something exciting to happen. It's like they believe the real world is like the movies or TV shows, with some serious action going on all the time. I wonder how boring their lives must be for them to always be on the lookout for some excitement that never happens.
