(瞎猜) 或許是與電子書平台談不成？「平台」是種很麻煩的生意對像，一旦平台成功凝聚了network effect，為了（短視的）利潤最大化，就會開始向producer 和consumer兩邊剝削🤔

平台割價戰在實體書那邊也很嚴重，不過電子書分成就算不理想，始終epub做了一次就不用再花成本製作維護，賣一本賺一本呀。

我了解過的少量書商是想專心做好實體書，沒有要做電子書的想法🤔
