我只是覺得，不說比說要好，因為如果我說出來得不到改善(比如對方改掉這個習慣或是方式)那為何我要說?
我也知道很多東西是底層的邏輯，不可能要求對方輕易地為我改變0.0

當然跟愛卿說，目前我的問題都有達到答案還有出路，所以跟愛卿溝通這一類的事情，反而沒有負擔ouo
