I Really enjoyed how funny and emotional Zavon’s inner thoughts were because the contrast between his terrifying reputation and his actual reactions made the chapter very entertaining to read. The slow reveal of Zavon’s feelings toward Asden was also surprisingly sad, especially when admiration gradually turned into jealousy and disappointment over time. I also liked the quieter moments with Dasten and Haven because they made Zavon feel less like a stereotypical villain and more like someone exhausted by fate itself. What Made you decide to portray Zavon’s jealousy as something tragic and human instead of purely villainous bitterness?
